I love these socks....... they're amazing! And I probably would've never paired these like this if not for the fabulous fashion bloggers that post their amazing outfits everyday! :)

Last but not least.... the infamous "Fixing my socks" pose. :) haha... Today is filled with the usual work 9-5, and then I have a powder puff football game to attend (unfortunately not play in) for work purposes. I, luckily, only have to stay until halftime! After that, it will probably be movie night with the roomie.... My life is so fabulous, I can barely take it! ;)

It was freezing!

Helloooooooo all! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! This outfit post is technically from yesterday. Sooo.... I was supposed to have a Clothing Swap yesterday.... however, everyone was scheduled to work last minute blah blah blah! So it was officially postponed. I'm not sure of the exact date yet, but I want to MAKE SURE everyone can come. So, instead of the Clothing Swap... me and some of my besties went to Iron Hill Brewery (love that place). We enjoyed fab martinis and then had an impromptu photo shoot on this awesome old rusty bridge! I'll try to get outfit photos from today later on.....

Well hellooooooo lovelies! Here is my outfit for today. I'm not gonna lie, it's UBER comfortable! Also, I know you're asking...... did she dye her hair red?? Umm... no..... at least, I didn't think so. The only thing I can think of is that I was visited by a Leprachaun in my sleep and that's kinda how it happened. Or my Ginger *red headed* bf decided that I should be a ginger too....... We can't all be gingers. For real though, I have no idea why my hair looks crazy red in these pics. It is straightened *kind of* for once. Usually you all see the curls out in all of their glory.... Today... you see the semi straight hair... It's a privilege. Ya'll should really know that. :)

Ok next question for all of you lovelies out there......... I just bought a pair of gray harem pants that were on clearance at F21 for like $5. How could I not get them???? Issue: They are like a sweatpant material... they're high-waisted (which I actually love high-waisted things). So my question to all of you fashionistas out there........ How can I wear them?? I need a work appropriate look *if that's possible*. I think that I might be able to come up with a night/weekend look, but that has yet to be seen. So, let me hear your thoughts!!!

So today consisted of the usual..... Work..... Shocking, i know! :) I bought this sweater dress from Gabriel Brothers (if anyone knows what that is...) about 6 months ago. I had no idea what to wear with it/under it until last night I got inspired. Originally I was going to wear some sort of color underneath, but I couldn't find a color that looked quite right. The sweater dress is like an ivory/beige and the stripes are navy. So, instead of adding color underneath... I decided to go with bright turquoise earrings and brown suede boots. I kind of loved it after it was all together. It kinda brings me back and makes me feel young. :) In about 2 wks, I'll be turning 23.... so I decided today was my throw-back!

Oh anddddd I went to Ross tonight (because I absolutely love that place), and I purchased some amazing things which you will have to wait and see!! That's all for now lovelies!

Sooooo today's post is more from last night..... I get home from work and Char's already home *probably reading or something*.... So I'm thinking, what can we do tonight?? Well, I thought... why not do another photo shoot?? You may ask yourself.... is this what people do in Amish country when they're bored?? And the answer is...... if they're as cool as us they do! Helloooooooooo friends! This is the weekend/today post because I missed posting this weekend. Saturday I worked from 11 am. til 10 pm. So, the only outfit I wore on Saturday was a men's button up/tie/black pants/apron combo. It was utterly delightful.... of course! Anyways, so yesterday I went shopping (I know, again you're shocked!) with my lovely friend Cara! We went to find her some new clothes at *Forever21*, of course! I loveeeeee that store soooo much. She came out with sooo many good finds! I only picked up a few things.... because I was trying to be good! Below you will see 1 of the lovely items that I purchased.... Rule #76 - Play like a champion!

I Figured It out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK... so I apologize for my lack of outfit posts every day butttttt... here was my dilemma. All of these cutesy fashion bloggers get these pics in all these fun locations. Problems for me?? It has to be a self-portrait because there's nobody to take the picture.... and the other problem is that I (and this might be an excuse but) don't feel like there is enough time in the day to go find a location before or after work to take my picture. Therein lies the problem. However........ I think I have discovered a solution! Despite the fact that it is not the most visually appealing space, I have figured out how to take pictures without adding extra time to my day (because that's just
not possible). :)

These pictures are in the yoga studio that is right next to my office. It's got flavor and pizzazz (a.k.a. lavender wooden walls)... and my clients' banners all over the floor. There used to be a yoga studio... and now it is our storage "closet" because they moved out. There are nice little windows that I can use to take these lil' self-portraits. And, on the wall behind me it says, "Make Love Not War". That may not be my philosophy... but it sure adds at least a little something to the photo? Perhaps....
